So now that the new iPad has beed released and Apple’s next undertaking as a company is now going to be focused on the next iPhone. Apple Insider is reporting that Apple is in fact currently looking into possible components submitted by potential suppliers for the iPhone 5. According to research notes obtained by AppleInsider.
The said chip is different used by Apple for the new iPad which was the “MDM9600.” But the difference will not affect both data and voice but just the details connection. The next iPhone is also expected to be released as a world device like the iPhone 4S. The iPhone 4S in case you’re not aware can support various 4G LTE networks worldwide. Opposite from the new iPad which is compatible at worst with either AT&T or Verizon 4G LTE networks.

Additionally, other potential suppliers eyed to provide essential components for the next iPhone include – Skyworks Solutions, TriQuint Semiconductor, and Avago Technologies. Of these potential suppliers, Barcalys think that Skyworks Solutions might grab the deal to supply components for iPhone 5.
The next iPhone is expected to be launched sometime in September, one year after the iPhone 4S was introduced.
